Okay to start off in the med education feild you mostly have to start out in premed if you would like to become a nurse or higher. There are some colleges that offer pre med. To get into the program of pre med most schools make you take a test and if you rank high enough you can be admitted to this school. Most of these schools also require that you have letters of recomendation to start attending.
Okay there are some schools such as University of Alaska Anchorage that don't offer high med or pre med. But they do offer Nursing. So I decided that i would take a step into finding about the
nursing programs there while i wait on more information from the other colleges. Okay first i went and looked on the UAA website and found the prospective students pages and then i clicked on the majors link. After entering into the link to select my major. After finding nursing I clicked it to open the link to the school of nursing page. http://nursing.uaa.alaska.edu/ Upon ariving at this page I clicked the Programs Link and it brought up a list of differnt nursing programs to choose from.
After thinking about it for a moment i decided that i would first look at the Associates of applied science concentration in nursing.
